Started off very well. Met and discussed what would happen. Seemed professional and communicative at first. Later, I felt deprioritized as a client. Other client deadlines took priority over mine. Seemed to be the response at every phone call I'd make to follow up - they weren't working on my acct due to deadlines. If you do not call them, nothing will get done and then they fire you as a client and keep the money.
