As a designer, I was deeply disappointed with the quality of fabric in the sectional I ordered for my customer. The fabric was advertised to withstand the rigors of a movie theater or airport chair, yet it stained and pilled within a few days. To make matters worse, the customer service was utterly inadequate, offering no solutions to the problem. I would never consider using Burton James again. Buyer beware.
