We used Burtons Solicitors for our Sale and Purchase of our home. Both Patricia and Bethany were exceptional - helpful and responsive throughout the process. They were a pleasure to work with and I'll certainly use them again in future.
Despite giving enough information on my initial enquiry for the solicitors to understand that my case was quite complicated, those assigned to it failed to understand the circumstances. This resulted in the solicitor not turning up for the appointment and having a secretary attend in her stead. I'm gutted that I wrote a positive feedback and neglected to post. 🤦 This solicitors was recommended by a local charity for their due diligence, I'm forever in their debt that the young lady addressed on my behalf, extremely professional and understanding of my dilemma.
