Strange behavior. My mother has been using him for 20 years. Was nasty and said he was finished with taxes for the year. Said “people keep calling at the last minute’. Last year, I contacted him April 6. He filed on April 12. No problem. This year? Problem. A large sized jerk who rewards years of loyalty by refusing to help an elderly, hard-of-hearing woman with her taxes. Not nice. Not nice at all.
I have been to Bob for years he has been short and angry many time . He this year told me he’s to busy for me . And hung up !! Not nice
I have been going to Bob for years now. He is a very intelligent and kind person, who is well experienced in his field. I refer everyone I know to him for their tax needs. Highly recommend!
