It's not user friendly visiting here compared to the old location at Beville and Clyde Morris especially during the events. You now check in with nascar security and are required to leave your drivers license, then escorted to the elevator and upstairs... For the rates and fees they charge it should be alot easier to do business and sign paperwork. I wasn't impressed and moved on to my credit union with much easier access, much better communication, service and rates.
