When my husband died, I knew nothing about probate. Burt explained everything and guided me through the whole probate process. He filed all the court documents, set up the judge meeting and paid all the process fees. He just charged a flat rate and then billed me for the process fees all at once, at the end. He also advised me on how to handle the properties my husband had owned. All in all, he took care of almost everything, and made it as easy as possible. I don't know what I would have done without him.
