Great proper Service with no headaches like other Car Hire Companies. Very modern fleet with mostly Hybrids. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Burswood. Pity more companies don’t give service like Burswood Car Rentsls were able to deliver. Some good old fashioned service for a change. Simple smooth affordable insurance Not like the others we tried. Deposit was returned almost immediately. They also didn’t hesitate at all to credit us a pre coved credit that was almost 3 years old. Thanks Burswood.

I booked a sedan for the week through their website after looking at the great reviews they have and they’re all well deserved. I mistakenly did not add on child seats in my booking. So I ended up not picking up the car at the airport since I’ve got kids. Car rental offered to pay for my Uber to my guest house even though it was my mistake. The next day the car was dropped off at my guest house with baby seats installed before 9am as I requested. Camry provided to us was in excellent condition, almost new, drove like a charm... read more
