Smooth and efficient rental process with clear instructions throughout. The car was clean, well-maintained, and in good condition. Collection from Terminal T1 long-term car park was very convenient and hassle-free. The return process for the renter was seamless, with excellent service by Burswood Rental team. OK. So we've used Burswood car Rentals six times now for their airport pick-up and drop off service. Every time they've been on time, and as promised, at a price point well below the big names. This time I stuffed up and left my prescription sunglasses in the car. Above and beyond customer service saw the company send me my $300 glasses back to me in Victoria in a padded bag, via priority post. Couldn't be happier - this is an old fashioned, gold standard, help you out business - I could not be happier.

Read the Terms of rental to make sure it suits your needs as there is an area restriction, and kilometre limit unless you purchase more kms. I would be happy to hire from Burswoods again when we return to Perth.
