Went by......called....went by.....called. Finally i got a receptionist on the line. A receptionist!!! Not a lawyer, but a receptionist listened to my story. Went and told someone?????? (supposedly) what my dilemma was and then told me that they cant take my case because they only take high profile officer involved shooting victim cases.
I contacted this office seeking legal representation regarding a potential excessive force/civil rights case involving serious injuries I sustained during an arrest by law enforcement. A Response That Contradicted Their Public Values I contacted this firm seeking help and received an email response that was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. The tone was unprofessional and inconsistent with the firm’s stated commitment to serving people with respect. This was my direct experience, and I want others to be aware.
