rude. unfriendly. avoid this place if you can. had the same experience as someone else here. called to confirm availability of a specific brand prior to an upcoming wedding, the person that picked up the phone was rude, wouldn't answer simple questions about a single brand, and told us to "just come in". how when we're all flying in for the wedding? luckily we called a different company and were able to secure the purchase with ease. avoid burris at all costs. there are other options.

Called to ask about placing a large corporate order and had a disappointing experience. I had several questions about product availability and quantities, but the person who answered was rude and dismissive telling me to "just come into the store" rather than answering them. Since I don't live locally, making a trip without knowing whether they could fulfill the order isn't practical. I was simply trying to confirm inventory and discuss a potential bulk purchase, so the interaction felt unhelpful and discouraging.
