Good selection with a couple of store picks at great prices
Called to ask about placing a large corporate order and had a disappointing experience. I had several questions about product availability and quantities, but the person who answered was rude and dismissive telling me to "just come into the store" rather than answering them. Since I don't live locally, making a trip without knowing whether they could fulfill the order isn't practical. I was simply trying to confirm inventory and discuss a potential bulk purchase, so the interaction felt unhelpful and discouraging.
I was visiting from out of town, so it was convenient to where I was staying.
