I bought a property in Grafton late last year. The actual sale of the property should've been very simple. Cash buyer, no existing mortgage on the property. CJM lawyers were acting on behalf of the seller, they dragged the process out for months and generally made things as difficult as possible, and requiring constant phone calls/emails to gee them up. If it was a normal property sale that involved mortgages etc, it probably would've fallen through. You do you, but, I would never allow myself to be reliant on them again 🤷... read more
