CAUTION !!! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. For the 2nd time in 6 months, they have incorrectly notarized important paperwork making it un-usable. Both times resulting in not being able to complete a passport appointment then an apostile appointment in Harrisburg. Both needed re scheduled. The older woman at burrell notary refused to refund me my notary fee of $11 saying it was the owners nephew that needed to refund me for forgetting to use a particular stamp, then without asking, she made copies of my documents (... read more
