CAUTION !!! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. For the 2nd time in 6 months, they have incorrectly notarized important paperwork making it un-usable. Both times resulting in not being able to complete a passport appointment then an apostile appointment in Harrisburg. Both needed re scheduled.
