Matt Godbeer is amazing! I injured my ankle two weeks before my wedding - it was bruised, swollen and I couldn't put any weight on it. Terrified I would have to hobble down the aisle on crutches, I booked with Matt and he got me back up and running in no time. He took the time to asses the injury, walk me through a rehab plan and then went to work using all the bells and whistles. 10/10! Thanks Matt for getting me back on my feet just in time!

Siti Farhana Abdul Kadir did an excellent job at teaching me in an hour on 8/9/2025 several exercises to stretch and strengthen the muscles around my pelvis, including hamstrings, glutes and core muscles to stabilize the pelvis and reduce pain around my sit bones. She can explain and guide very well, and in a pleasant way. On my phone a video was taken of me doing the exercises with Farhana’s guidance. And at the end I was confident that I am able to practice the exercises at home, which I am now doing.
