Terrible experience. Poor ‘bedside’ manners. I told the physiotherapist I was dealing with a physical complication that had significant mental and emotional trauma. He started to tell me about other people who experienced similar trauma and I stopped him and said, “Is this something that will traumatize me even more?” And explained that my trauma is still very fresh, a daily struggle, and that I felt uncomfortable. I saw Shahab just the once so far but my neck and shoulders are feeling so much better already and it's two weeks later. He did IMS, massage, and stretching during the session which helped immediately, but it's the exercises and stretches he's given me that I can feel are making real, lasting change. My neck and shoulders feel better than they have in years.
Very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly service. Went there for back and hip pain and within an hour left there with much reduced pain. Fully recommend!
