We went here years ago and it was the worst tax experience of our lives. He wouldn’t even sit down with us to process our taxes. We had to to drop off our W-2s and then pick them up. To find we owed 20k to the government. When I called he was completely rude and said we didn’t qualify for deductions! We have gone to other tax agents since and Michelle has put in numerous deductions and we owe around 1-2k every year. Horrible tax service, avoid at all cost!

Unsure about the business, but the guy who took my call was very rude. Just moved to the area and gave them a call to see if they were open to clients and small businesses, or if I could be on a waiting list. Before I could finish my sentence, they said no and hung up. Called on 01/13 around 9AM.
Mr. Burr has always done a thorough job on my taxes and made sure I got the maximum return.
Brent and his staff are honest, fast and reasonable . I have been recommending his office to friends and family for years.
