Olivia/Tammy is the most disrespectful city employee I have yet to encounter, management please take a note of it. I called for a shutdown to be scheduled for next day and employee in the morning was rude, kept interrupting non stop. Having a rude and unprofessional attitude did not resemble the city of Burnsville for which I know. This was by far the most disgraceful employee I have met in a long time.
