Top notch service and people, thanks Megan!
Burns, Sweeney & Associates was extremely helpful! We had just moved to Pittsburgh and needed to find a tax firm ASAP. While I wouldn’t necessarily call our situation complicated, it was a lot of stress added on top of everything else. The office manager was very helpful and friendly. They were able to get us an extension and have our taxes back to us in about five weeks. We will be going to them from now on!
I’m very sad to report I waited over one month to write this review but after thinking about it over and over I just have to do it. I have been going to this accounting firm for over 25 years I have given them over 50 customers including my own family. On April 8 I had an issue with one of the Front office girls. I had questions for my accountant and was actually afraid to ask. The front staff was mean and rude. Since this has changed hands from Timmons, and Lunardi I believe the service has really went down. I'm really SURPRISED that there aren't more Reviews or Comments about "THIMONS LUNARDI & ASSOCIATE'S". They were HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to me by a Friend at My Church. I can see why he thought HIGHLY of them. They are a WONDERFUL & HONEST Group of Individuals who have been very helpful to My Wife & I. They are always up to date on NEW Tax Laws & what ever changes that come along. We've been UPSET w/ past Tax Preparers at other places, but NOT Our Tax Preparer at "THIMONS LUNARDI & ASSOCIATE'S".
