I have used this group for several years without significant issues. They have never been particularly impressive, but it suited my needs so I just stuck with them. This year has been the worst year for unclear reasons, and it seems like other recent reviews echo the same sentiment. There has been a complete lack and disregard for communication. After communication dropped off completely around April 2nd im left finding a new accountant and filing late. Had all documents in the system february 17th that needed to be there. I knew they were overwhelmed but its probably not cool for them to leave me hanging through and after the deadline came and went
I have been a client of this firm since they acquired the practice from Thimons and Lunardi. On March 9, I dropped off my tax information as in the past. I have heard nothing since and have been unable to reach anyone. I’m now late filling for the first time in my life. They have left me in a very difficult situation and I’m not sure what to do. I cannot recommend a business that is not responsive and negligent.
Been using Brian Sweeney for years. He makes filing taxes a pleasure. Thx Brian.
