This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with for high end tools. I bought a lamello zeta P2 which was lost by the carrier, which I know happens, but they were absolutely zero help. They refused to refund the tool through email, and when I would call and explain to them what was happening they would put me on hold and never return to the phone. New Experience I revisited the store. Boys, I was impressed by how nice and helpful they were in helping me get the necessary tools and accessories. I also ordered through their online website since I wanted to avoid the pressure of driving there, and they are even better. They are great guys.
