Do NOT allow your vulnerable family member near that place at ALL! There is something seriously wrong with how this place is run. The residents are encouraged to cut family out. They are not permitted guests. They isolate themselves from the outside world. Do NOT even consider this place!
I'm writing this review to shed light on the current management and staff conduct at this care home. My brother, who is on the autism spectrum, has faced a series of distressing encounters that have been extremely detrimental to his wellbeing. Under the previous responsibke, Mike, the home was characterized by empathy, care, and understanding. The environment was nurturing, respectful, and catered to individual needs.
