Have purchased a few items over the last couple of years and always been really great. My recent experience with a new young guy was pretty bad. Hopefully a once off.
Exceptional service after an unfortunate issue with our builder and fireplace. The staff were beyond amazing and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They also provided a very generous reduction in price which we were extremely grateful for. Their customer service and empathy blew us away. Thank you Burning Log and Jetmaster :)
We popped in to grab some ethanol for our new fireplace and dealt with Damien who was so efficient, a pleasure to deal with and looked after us to make sure we got what we needed as it was our first time using the fireplace. Definitely recommend!
