Updated from my previous 3 stars 6 years ago. Burnfoot has undergone some massive and well needed changes. The staff are brilliant with the residents there, and what a difference it has made. The transformation over the years has been immense and the staff and management there are a credit to the company
My wife has been in since July, I go in every second day ,made very welcome at the door ,my wife is being looked after very very well alway clean and tidy Nurses very pleasant always say halo Any problems or concerns they explain to me right away ,the make my wife smiles when they come into her room How much I pay for her keep is worth every penny ,all I can ask thank you
