My brother and I retained Burnett and Griffin to probate our parents' estates (deaths were 5 months apart). The probate team was phenomenal. Our mother's was completed within 2wks (probate w/o will and two next of kin), and our father's was completed within 6 months (probate w/ will and four next of kin). Taylor did a great job with communicating during the process and very responsive to any questions. Thank you.

My journey began when my brother could not file paperwork properly after our mother's death in November 2021. Which he waited til 2022 to try and do. I contacted Ms.Burnett for help in mid 2022 and she said she could help. I finally recieved Executorship November 2023. I have had a very hard time getting Mary Burnett and her staff to return my call's or to answer my questions. My mother died with only a small amount of money in the bank and no bills.
