My experience has been a positive one I found the staff to be helpful and well informed. I would recommend anyone looking for care of their loved one to visit this beautifully situated care home.

One of the most disappointing services to exist was interred by the manager and some uptight manager never caught his name though I asked questions about the service and he said “remember we’re conducting the interview” really weird environment and the staff hate new people...avoid!!

I cared for my mother for over a decade, and at one point she made me promise faithfully that I would NEVER put her in a home... I had no choice in the matter, it was the Social Work department. I was deemed, due to my own disabilities, not up to providing her with the level of care they reckoned was required. I have seen many residential homes in my time, and I can honestly say that, private or Council-run, Burnbrae is the best I have encountered.
