After years of being in the fitness industry, I was bored. I knew of BURN through a sweet friend & her personal success story there. I attended a trial first class and knew I was hooked! I made it official immediately! The coaches, the front staff, the facility is AMAZING! Knowledgeable, encouraging, inspiring, AND challenging!! Exactly what I was looking for. Just do it!!! If you are on the fence like I was, give it a try! I promise you will not be disappointed. I belong to a gym with my husband and yes, I would go, walk on the treadmill, lift some weights, do some stretches. I thought I was doing good. I inquired about strength training because I knew I really needed to step it up! They pretty much looked at me like I was crazy and signed me up for classes for 55 years old and up!
