Very helpful ticketing staff. Great direction and extremely prompt bus driver.

This company is the worst company and staffs the most inhumane people with no empathy, respect, kindness, or intelligence. I have been on this bus for 19 hours and still have 4more to go. That's 24hrs and was only allowed to step off the bus twice to stretch my legs, purchase food/drinks, smoke, use bathrooms other than on board Porta potty. Both stops it was also only a 15 -20 min break. I understand trying to keep schedule times and getting to the destination, but this has been completely inhumane, uncaring, uncomfortable ... read more
