This review concerns my experiences from a few years ago. Service is poor. On time performance is poor. There is a front desk Karen, (" rosemary"? )who is consistently rude to passengers. There are other reviewers here detailing their other shady business practices. Do not travel with them. Note that if you are travelling to Champaign on Greyhound, this company is their subcontractor.
An incredibly lousy company. The shoddiest, shabbiest, rudest business practices imaginable. No reasonable person would mind, had a bus been canceled or delayed by objective factors - a tornado, an ice storm, or other acts of God. They do something different as their business model, though. Apparently, if they don't have enough passengers on a bus for them to be financially happy, they simply cancel bought-long-in-advance tickets, with short or no notice, and laugh sarcastically in the face of their conned customers.
