Been using them since Joe H. Owned the company. Every year the customer service declines further. I was turned away from submitting my filing due to too many preparations. So, forget about who got you here, chase whatever dollar is available. Luckily there’s no shortness of accountants in NJ. They’re also overpriced for the effort.
