I attended Burleigh Central Physio seeking treatment for an ongoing condition. During my time there, I was not given a physical assessment before treatment and exercises were prescribed. The exercises were explained verbally and were not provided to me in writing. I found them to be beyond my current tolerance level, and following them I experienced a significant flare-up of my symptoms. I also received massage and dry needling treatments. Often unattended during business hours or don't answer phone. Didn't send exercises . Didn't return calls.
I’ve had a very poor experience here. I saw Robyn for a number of visits for a chronic back condition but when the exercises she’d given me made my back worse I asked the receptionist to ask her if I should stop the exercises & return but she wouldn’t respond. After 3 phone calls & an email, still nothing. It seems to me she’s happy to take my money but doesn’t actually care enough to respond when a I’m in pain. Don’t waste your time here.
