I spent a significant amount on their service and was extremely disappointed. They charge an astronomical fee just to evaluate whether they'll handle your taxes, so you'd expect a high level of professional treatment following that vetting process. That wasn't the case at all. This was about three years ago—Tab and his team refiled, found about $4k in write-offs the CPA had missed, and have been doing my personal and business taxes ever since.
