Ok I hate to do this but I have to share my true experience. I was referred to this place by a family member who spoke so highly of them. I can’t attest to all the CPAs but the one I was assigned made a mistake on my taxes so I decided to not go through filing and she charged $360 dollars for a 40 minute zoom call for her to not even have the balance correct. Called and was placed on hold. After being on hold for 5 minutes, I hung up. Not a good impression
Highly professional. This group prepares taxes at a reasonable price. My family has been going to another location where the people who run it just retired after over 40 years. I’m going to miss them but this preparer allowed me to have a smooth transition with the paperwork sent over from the other office. I was absolutely frazzled and out of it when I arrived but everything was taken care of and I felt great relief when we were finished. Highly recommended!
