Elise Burkey was terrible. Nearly two months to file the initial paperwork for an estate. When questioned, the reasons was she fell behind. Months of sending a minimum of two emails before receiving a response on anything & when Elise responded to one of those emails with incorrect information she said "sorry I have over 70 open estates". Documents that were supposed to be filed over two weeks ago still hadn't been filed when I picked up my file today.
