An excellent accounting firm that conducts itself professionally with clients big and small. I highly recommend them, especially if you run a business and have a more complicated tax situation.
My experience with this office has been one of confusion and chaos. I was introduced to Allison Ford via a phone consultation on 10/25 to start estimating quarterly taxes as soon as possible. I was asked to send all of my pertinent tax information through a secure link and confirm my personal information which I did the same day. When I did not hear anything back in 2 weeks, I reached out to Allison to find out what were the next steps. She stated that I had not sent her my personal info.
