This attorney is extremely dishonest. She promises you the world but has no spine to stand up for you when opposing party changes counsel and the opposing counsel is stronger. She is not on your side and will even plot against you for her benefit. Avoid Jessica Burkett at all cost for the sake of your family and your children. Jessica is AMAZING. She helped my ex in a child custody case that was pretty intense. She had a plan of action, STRONG understanding of the process, clear explanation of what to expect (good and bad). She was stern when needed. You could tell how much work and compassion she put into the case and she really truly was an advocate for the kids. I would absolutely recommend her.
