My husband and I had our washer die on us last night and we were in a panic to find a replacement today. Called Burkes and they had one in stock and were able to get it ready today for us. Easy to deal with and great customer service! Go here instead of other stores in Sydney if you don't want to be waiting weeks or never be able to get ahold of someone.

Wow, I had my fridge fail. Contacted Burkes and they walked me through setting up a case for my warranty; they went as far as getting Whirlpool involved and followed up with me during the process to make sure I was apprised of all the details going on behind the seen. We were very happy with the service when buying the appliance and just as happy with the customer support during the warranty process. I will buy from them again and now they have two years of warranty on their appliances...awesome.
