Intolerance Review of Burke Williams Spa Pending review I was gifted a $200 gift card for my birthday from my sister. I went online to book an appointment and saw the very restrictive covid regulations. I called and spoke with a manager asking for a refund on the gift card. They stated that they do NOT do any refunds on gift cards and that my option was to gift to someone else or wait until if and when covid restrictions were lifted.
