What was a stressful situation became much easier to navigate and understand. I’m so happy to have had Burke and Jenny in my corner. Incredibly professional and efficient.
He talks down on his clients and misleads them. He had all my information before he filed and then once he filed it he doubled the amount and time that I would be paying back. Very condescending. I also got a letter of dismissal stating that I failed to file in a timely manner my statements. All my statements were provided well before filing was done. He just failed to go over them and then once it was filed backtracked.
I had been considering bankruptcy for a while; my medical bills, credit card/student loan debt and car loan were really starting to pile up and cause me a lot of stress. The breaking point was when my car experienced total engine failure and the price for a replacement was almost as much as what I still owed on the car, and I finally decided to take the leap and begin the process to file bankruptcy. Such an amazing experience, I would recommend Burke Smith and his team to anyone needing a fresh start with their finances. Addressing debt and finances can be somewhat scary, but life happens and everyone deserves second chances. Jenny is amazing and very responsive to any questions and making sure it’s a smooth process.
