Got the call today and it's all good
My appointment with Burke began on time. He was kind, knowledgeable, and very patient with all my questions. He guided me through the process and offered me the support I needed. The attention I received from the office was timely and efficient. I appreciate all the attention and input I received. Thanks!
Made me feel worse about my situation and judged. Constantly interrupted me and was rude. Didn’t want me to talk or ask questions. I would not recommend this office. I got off the phone and cried. Back to square one and still no clear path of what to do. It’s easy to tell someone what they should do but to do it with empathy and compassion is next level. I guess I expected too much and had too much hope of help.
Burke Smith is an amazing, understanding, sympathetic, and compassionate attorney! I was scrolling through for lawyers and his name jumped out at me (I think it’s cool.) Burke, and his associate Jenny, have been wonderful to work with. I am genuinely a pain in the a** and they always take the time to return my calls, text and emails. You have to put your big boys pants on and get the information to them so they can do their magic. Burke tells it to you straight and is very knowledgeable.
