Absolutely rude. I called early afternoon, and was told I'd get a callback. No call back came. I called again in the late afternoon. And was again told that I would get a callback, that never came. I called a 3rd time, that evening; finally DID get a callback. I asked for a quote on a speeding ticket. They said a basic speeding ticket is an asinine $1,500, and that I'd just be better off paying for the ticket. I did not do the crime; therefore I do not want to "just pay it".
