Ive been a customer of this particular bank branch for over 15 years and Ive always had positive experiences coming here. The main service that I use at this branch is the safe deposit box. I lived across the street many years ago, and this location was very convenient for me. I think I have used the actual checking account only a handful of times and it has been painless every time. I've had a checking account at this bank for the past 12 years and I've always felt satisfied during each visit and transaction. Even though I've had the account, I rarely ever use it, and I probably should have switched it to a savings account years ago. That being said the account that I have is more of a secondary account for me, and in the event I need the money I know that it's safe and secure here- knock on wood haha. So far everything has been really good with this bank and I'm glad that they are here!
20 minutes wait just to withdraw money from the account? Rude staff showing off how busy they are.Waste of my time.Time to close accounts with them.
