Would not recommend at all. My grandfather brought his recliner in a month ago & was told his chair is no longer under warranty even though it is less than 5 years old (don’t believe the tags) the business can make it only a 1 year warranty. We have come into the store personally a couple of times and called multiple times each time we are told that the part is in the mail but the mail is running slow. My grandfather has been sitting in a kitchen chair in his living room since we dropped it off. If I would of know it was go... read more

We have purchased several items from Burke Furniture and always considered them to be a higher end locally owned reputable store. I have had an issue with one expensive recliner falling apart after 13 months. The warranty expired and while disappointed with this and the waste of money we considered it an anomaly and purchased another expensive recliner from Burke on 9/11/2019.
