If google would let me do zero stars I would choose Zero!! I bought LVP flooring at Burgos tile in 2021 and Alex was very helpful, a little pushy when he saw I was hesitant to buy , however I liked the material so I bought it and he told me he could use his “people” and subcontracted out to different people for the demo, installation etc. When the flooring was done I liked it however there was minor things that needed to be touched up like some caulking. I'm one of the friends that was referred from the post from Laura. We are also having the same issue with our installation. The sub contractors he hires were horrible. Our LVP flooring is sliding and lifting as well! The molding they did was terribleand they left gaps! They also, never offered to use a moisture barrier in the wet areas it was installed in. Flooring should last longer than 4 to 5 years! They also tried to take back the extra flooring we bought after installation. Oh one more issue the subcontractors did was w... read more
