We have had multiple horrible experiences with almost all aspects of the remodeling in previous projects and we were very skeptical when beginning our 3400 sq ft complete remodel!! Nice people, but they wouldn’t deliver my tile. I had to rent a truck to get my tile to my house.
I was midway remodeling my kitchen with Lowes, and I got tired of all the stalls that come from working with a huge corporation. I decided to go local. Burgos Tile had excellent customer service every step of the way and was extremely knowledgeable in every question I had. Their store is also fully stocked with a wide variety of materials to choose from.
Alex was very helpful and was able to get started on our project right away. He and his team did a great job of painting, putting granite countertops in kitchen and installation of LVP flooring in the home. Very pleased with service and outcome.
