They supported every step of the cumbersome and sometimes daunting process of seeking VA funds for my mother, a surviving spouse of a wartime veteran. Overpriced and failed to deliver ! Took out a loan to cover my moms expenses in large part because I was assured Mom's VA Aid and attendance would be settled in 30-90 days. Well it's been 5 months and my mother died last night . Paid a large chunk of money to these people and now have a loan to repay as there will be no retro money coming.
Very knowledgeable and caring staff. They really go the extra mile...
