The Monaca team of Dennis, Justin and Molly exceeded my expectations. The exercises greatly improved my flexibility, strength and balance after hip replacement. They challenged me with new exercises as my progress improved. Excellent communication skills. The exercises were explained in detail, with the focus on proper form. Great job and thanks for all the work you put into my rehab program. I truly enjoyed the time spent working with you. I highly recommend the Monaca team!
