Golden State Lumber has amazing customer service, and their efficiency is outstanding. Everyone was punctual, polite, and charismatic. The driver, Mark was especially wonderful and incredibly helpful — he even gave me great advice on the best type of wood to use for my project. Highly recommend for both quality service and knowledgeable staff!

After being treated very poorly and degradingly in store by Adam Burgress. Found wood to be unuseable. While picking up wood did not feel comfortable due to previous and current treatment on premises to inspect. Took it home to find it was not cut to requested length and wood was warp. Called Eric Manager to seek solution for my problem after already logging a complaint about treatment. My door/sidelights were delivered after 2 months 6inches too wide. No one there accepted responsibility for any part of the error, which ultimately fell on them. I would not recommend Golden State Lumber for any window or door job. I would be significantly more harsh to the individuals I dealt with but I’m not that way. Trust me, they are unprofessional and only capable of the bare minimum.
