I created and funded an account with golden State to support a large supply list for building a new home. Mark Biles lacked customer support from pretty much the beginning and throughout the project. Allowing your employees to take your trucks home and parking it on the street where there is almost nowhere for neighbors to park on is not right. Leaving it parked there over the weekend is atrocious. And then starting it up at 3am and revving it for it to warm up waking the neighborhood up is just unforgivable. Whoever owns this company should be fined by the county and the driver should be fired.
