I wish I could give him zero stars. My parents used him (or maybe it was the other way around). He charges a fortune to do taxes! He filed for an extension and my parents didn't hear from him until the day the extension was up. They placed several phone calls and he would never return a call. If they owe any penalties, he better be prepared to pay them.
