We used this firm for years, up until now. I sought advice on landlord/tenant issues and was told Matt Lowe was familiar with the RTB rules - I think I was more proficient than he was and he was of no help at all - no suggestions, didn't answer any of my questions. He seemed to be all over the map. He wrote notes as I spoke and then was on the internet looking things up pertaining to the RTB. He didn't even read any of the information I was asked to forward on days before our meet up. Waste of $300+.
Excellent law firm. They handled the sale of my property with clear and super prompt communication and response time. Very happy.
