Jillian was neglectful and unprofessional. I feel really stupid for letting this go on for three months but Jillian was recommended to me by a close friend. Started fine. Promised to write a letter/follow up/take action but did nothing. Took weeks to get a response for an update. Wasted three months on my divorce. She turned a stressful matter into a nightmare.
