We’ve used them several times. Usually not a bad experience however on two occasions now they have left my kids at work without a ride. Once the driver told my son he didn’t have any money on his pass when he had more than double to ride home. Then they went to pick up my daughter from work and got there before she even got off work. Left 2 minutes before she got out of the building. She called Bpart and the dispatcher had a snotty attitude and said she was a no show.
