Computers where down and the work they could do was slow because of computers staff kept everyone informed what they could do and not do
Came in at 4:50pm for a first license for my son after trying unsuccessfully at other branches all day due to state-wide system outages. I was nervous they’d tell us to leave, that it was too close to closing and the computers had been down, but we were helped within minutes and, lo and behold, it worked! I wanted to take a moment to recognize an exceptional experience I had with Gloria at the BMV. Gloria was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service while being friendly, thoughtful, and thorough. She double-checked my paperwork regarding the trailer weight, caught an error, and corrected it. She also helped guide me through some decisions I needed to make, which I truly appreciated.
