Terrible customer service, unorganized and their communication is not good at all on multiple occasions. Will not be attending this BMV EVER again. Highly do not recommend.

We are very sorry that you didn't hear for us come outside and call your name the first 4 times after you were checked in. When someone doesn't answer or come in after that many times, we have to assume that you decided not to wait any longer. When you came in to yell at the girl that was then at the kiosk, she didn't get a chance to explain that we had no problem taking you next still, even though your turn had passed several times. Hope you had an amazing day otherwise.
