My grandma and I went to this BMV to get plates for a car still in probate as we were told we could do. There was a woman working there who had contradicted herself in the same sentence twice and wasn’t making legal sense when explaining why it wasn’t possible to get stickers. Moral of the story, I’m doubtful that some of the employees actually have interpersonal skills, as the woman we spoke to was INCREDIBLY cocky and rude.
