Mina was friendly and stayed late to help us get a new ID. Great experience!
GO TO WADSWORTH. the process here is that they have 8 workers and only wait on about two people at a time. They’ll help one person, then go back in the back and chat for 10 minutes. Then wait on another, and then take another 10 minute break. The workers are just on their phones, no sense of urgency whatsoever. I’ve never seen anything like it.
I think they only employ only the most miserable and unhappy people. I cringe going in there! Too bad.
I was pleasantly surprised at how fast my visit was today. I walked straight up to the counter and didn't have to wait. Very nice ladies work here.
