Ari was great! Fast, efficient, kind and bubbly! Made my morning and got me sorted very quickly. Most BMV visits are dreadful, this visit was exceptional.
Do yourself a favor and go to any location but this one. You'll thank me later. Rudest staff and they make anything you need to do/get as hard as the possibly can for you. They are not even slightly friendly. I would rather go to any BMV but this one. I wish I could give 0 stars. I do not have 1 positive thing to say about this place. The older white lady with short gray hair.. I don’t know how she’s been there so long. She will yell at you all types of crazy, yelling your info across the room in the meanest rudest voice. Why be there if you HATE your job. It’s beyond a bad day because I’ve always heard about her but I learned first hand today how horrible she is.
